We believe your customer should have paid you as agreed and now should be allowed to recovery the very security your customer promised to return when they took out the loan.

Payment plans are offered from and by you. We do not work as a collection agency and therefore do not ask nor discuss payments, payment options or what it will take to keep this from happening. Our thoughts are that they have had time to make those payments, now is the time to return the collateral.
